- Your new tag will have a new number
- This number will be automatically changed on your membership and profile
- You can choose any design for your replacement
- Your new tag does not include a new membership, but your existing membership term will continue
- You will not need to register your new tag
- You will not need to enter your details again
- You can simply attach your new tag to your pet's collar and continue your membership
To order a replacement tag you must first log in to your account and select "replace tag" beside the photo of your pet.
